140g dark chocolate
450g caster sugar
110g plain flour
55g cocoa powder
1)Heat the oven to gas mark 5 or 190C. Line a 20x30cm roasting tin with baking parchment.
2) Gently melt the butter and sugar in a large pan.
3) Take off the heat and beat in the rest of the ingredients.
4) Turn into the roasting tin and bake for 30/40 minutes.
5) Cool in the tin.
